Funny stories about a
two-legged kitten embracing
what makes her different,
making wonderfully odd friends,
and exploring an amazing underwater world.
Before turning to children's books, Analisa Corr worked internationally as an Art Director in Sydney, London and Singapore, developing the visual storytelling skills that now shape every page she creates.
Today, Analisa lives aboard a boat with her cat, surrounded by the ocean that inspired Kitteneer. One day, she found herself wondering, “What if my cat could snorkel?” From that tiny question grew a two-legged, upside-down kitten and an extraordinary underwater world filled with wonderfully unusual friends.
The Kitteneer series grew from a simple belief: every one of us sometimes worries that something about us makes us less than everyone else. Through humour, adventure and remarkable ocean creatures, each story gently reminds children that the very things they worry make them different can become some of their greatest strengths.
The synopsis, the series and the artwork beyond this point are shared privately with agents, publishers and invited readers.
